403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner. 通常意味著請求 (request) 被 WAF 的規則攔截了。
可到 AWS WAF 畫面中，查詢到底觸犯哪一個規則：

• 進入 AWS Console → AWS WAF & Shield → Web ACLs
• 選擇你的 Web ACL，然後進入 "Sampled requests" 來查看最近的攔截記錄。
  • 如下圖，在搜尋欄要輸入 BLOCK (或 URI、IP 之類關鍵字) 找出被攔截的記錄
